Pneu are a two piece math come post hardcore rock from France. With the basis of energetic drums and looping guitar solos. Instrumental is their key genre with the odd chant here and there.
DEAN DIRG is a punk band from Germany. Beginning in 2000 DEAN DIRG self released a few cassettes that eventually let to their 10” vinyl debut entitled ‘9 Refreshing Ways to say FUCK OFF’. This 10” took the German underground by storm. Their distinct mix of mid 80’s punk/hardcore alá Black Flag, Faith, Void and LARM sprinked with some of the more amped up aspects of newer rockers like the Hives, Henry Fiats Open Sore and the Reatards set them apart from being just another punk, hardcore or garage bands because of their appealing genre mixing.
The Dirty Little Heaters began in Durham, NC in 2004. They were originally a gtr/drums duo featuring Reese McHenry (formerly Reese Gibbs) on gtr and Melissa Thomas on drums. That version of the band broke up in 2006, and after a yearlong hiatus, McHenry re-formed the band as a power trio in 2007 with Rob Walsh on bass and Dave Perry on drums.
Their sound is a mix of raw gtr/bass/drums garage-rock thump, and McHenry’s powerful, at-times-Joplinesque vocals.
A ukranian instrumental post-rock/metal band that makes all hearts thrill. You deep lost yourself in the tense atmosphere of the lyrical and depressive sound. String melodies are strained, while woodwind try to escape. Like captive bird.
Formed in late 2008, Ascetic Parade all came together with different musical tastes and backgrounds and they’re hoping that things come out as listenable. A mix of NC indie rock, PA pop-punk and USA rock and roll, they are hard at work on their debut album for Death to False Hope records.
James Austin (Anchor Arms, xBallsDeepx) and Derron Nuhfer (Gunmoll, Cutman, Less Than Jake) have formed the new band Eight Ghosts and have reached a deal to put out a record co-released by Fail Safe Records and Death to False Hope. The band is currently in the studio recording their debut EP titled Heart Conditions, which according to the band is “a depressing angry minimal record”. Jazz Hands is a post-punk band from Northwest Ohio. They sound like a panda bear spaghetti birthday party, that has a not funny clown but you’re kinda just laughing at him, and everyone got you pretty sweet gifts like comics/records/books/video games (even though you’re totally an adult and you don’t really care) and of course mom made you triple chocolate cake and got you peanut butter and chocolate ice cream to go along with it and she put chocolate covered strawberries on top just like she has for the past 6 years or so and the party is so indescribingly awesome…
Lewis Turn Out is a fast paced pop-punk band. With nasally vocals and a certain low-fi quality, there is something here worthy of repeated plays. Sadly it stays at just the potential and never truly surpasses into something fantastic.
The main feature is that the lyrics are on polish - like the sound! They have a cover song for Rise Against "To them these street belong" and I would argue what version sounds better.
I Hate My Friends was a punk band from Anderson, South Carolina. Their influences ranged from Jawbreaker to Pinhead Gunpowder to Discount to the Beatles.
Lead singer and song writer Jonathan Minor went on to form Stage Fright Therapy.
Kerri-Beth currently plays in Rubrics with her husband Ryan.

My Little Red Toe is Nicholas and Susan. They are both from Burbank, CA but now reside in sunny San Francisco. They come home sometimes. They like space pizza and bear hugs.
Really enjoyable band, nice sometimes weird sound.
A Punk/Hardcore/Weird band. We are 4 dudes who like to have fun and make music and we like a lot of different stuff. We put out an EP this year (2011) called “Swag Ultra”. It’ll be online for free really soon… We are in a bunch of different bands and none of them sound like this one but yeah.
Rogelio has a very anxious mind. As someone would say, he is a “versatile artist”. Give him a brush, a guitar, give him your arm, a role, what you want, this man is capable of turning it into art. Comics, illustration, fanzines, tattooes, cartels, The Tracahombres, Atomic Howl, ex-Scrapping. Tumba Swing is its new adventure, a project that includes the magazine of cartoon story and illustration and six-song EP.
